Submission guidelines

Abstract: Abstracts must be submitted in our online registration system, therefore the following requirements are supervised by automatic controlls and some of these are made automatically. Paper title in bold locate in the middle of the first line, then insert an empty line followed by name(s) of author(s), title(s) and address(es). Maximum 1200 characters.

Paper and poster format: Papers and posters are only accepted with English abstracts! Submissions must be full papers, 7-15 A4 pages.

Font: Times New Roman 12, line feed 1, left, right, bottom and top margin 2.5 cm. Paper title in bold locate in the middle of the first line, then insert an empty line followed by the name(s) of author(s) and title(s). Figures are accepted either in black&white or in colour formats. Each figure and table should be numbered, titled and referred to in the text.

Recommended paper structure is: Abstract (English), Key words (max. 5), JEL classification (https://www.aeaweb.org/jel/guide/jel.php), Introduction, Material and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, References, Author's address.

Papers and posters must be prepared in the format of Microsoft Word 2007, 2010 or 2013 (.doc, .docx) or in Rich Text Format (.rtf) and uploaded in the online registration system. The allowed maximum file size is 3MB.

Instruction for posters: The dimensions of the poster board are 90 cm wide x 120 cm high, the size of your poster should be limited to the dimensions of the poster board. We suggest you to print your poster with standard ISO A0 size paper, which just fit the board well.

Allocate the top of the poster for the title and authors. The main body of the poster normally includes Abstract, Key words, Introduction, Material and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, References, Author's address. The printed Poster hardcopy should be taken to the conference by the delegates, and will be posted to the poster area in the designated position according to the,"Registration Number". Sticker, tape, scissors and technical equipment will be available for the hanging of posters.

Authors who are presenting the poster are required to stand by their poster during each poster session.

Please remove your poster after the assigned date and time. The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for posters that are not removed on time.
